My #1 recommended probiotic
This is probably my 3rd favorite probiotic, and I've tried tons! The other 2 are very expensive, so this is my #1 recommended brand. I use this one every other day because they are pretty potent. I can feel die off if I use these daily. I alternate with a few other probiotics. It's recommended not to always use the same one so that you get a different variety of strains. I use the infant stuff too, on an as needed basis, and I see a difference in my youngsters stools right away. If you need something for short term or daily use, this is a strong, effective probiotic, at a great price.

Still constipated
Was really hoping this would help my 4 day (normal) work week constipation. It does NOT come refrigerated which was surprisingly odd?! Needless to say it did nothing for me. Back to experimenting with high fiber foods
