Cadence Beats Liquid I.V. Hands Down I’ve tried just about every hydration product out there from the classics like Liquid I.V. to newer options but Cadence absolutely blew me away. It’s cleaner, more effective, and just overall a better experience.

Taste is alright … but it’s very hard to open if your hands are a little wet….especially if you just washed your bottles and your hands are wet…or if you’re at an aid station and you’re sweaty or just have any moisture on your fingers it’s damn near impossible to open… LMNT packaging is better and they taste better than this product…

Best electrolytes I’ve used. Clean taste, mixes well, and keeps me hydrated without the sugar crash. Great for long runs and hot days.

Low quality

My husband loved using these! He's a blue collar worker and works outside so he uses a lot of electrolytes. He enjoyed the flavor a lot and I liked that he was able to stay hydrated and use less of stuff like Gatorade which is just basically colored sugar water IMO. I do hate that they're so expensive though. Had I not received the product for free to try out I would not have purchased these and at $45 for 30 of them it would not be something we'd be able to swing budget wise.

It's very simple product which in the realm of supplements its a good thing. No unnecessary ingredients, good electrolyte balance, and taste is fine. Nothing to complain about.

I needed electrolytes so these boxes of powder are perfect for small spaces and helps me hydrate during these summer months without taking up a lot of space and it is more environmentally friendly than bottled sports drinks. The flavor is strong and the taste is pretty good as well. The only issue I have is that the powder inside is very clumpy and hard to pull out of the package. I'm not sure why is clumpy. Zero sugar and no caffeine. Very good source of Electrolytes!
