My partner has Pulmonary Fibrosis which means her saturation levels can, and do, drop like a stone. She uses ambulatory oxygen when this happens. This O2 ring has been excellent for her. She uses it all day, and has the vibration alarm set so it buzzes when her SATs drop to a certain level, that she can set. She then plugs into her oxygen. At night, when she takes it off, she charges it up and uploads all the days days to her phone. Once you get used to reading the data, it is invaluable. Setting the ring up to the phone was surprisingly easy. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but after a few months use, it has proven to be exceptional value for money. The accuracy is good, as has been tested against hospital equipment readings. The App is good. Ring is comfortable, albeit slightly bulky. Can't comment on battery life, but if it lasts one year or two it's irrelevant, I'll buy another one.

This is my second time buying the same device. The first one became faulty after two weeks, but customer support was very helpful in identifying the issue and provided a refund. Because it worked so well and fit comfortably on my thumb, I decided to purchase the same model again. So far, I’ve been using it for two weeks, and it has performed perfectly. It has only come off my thumb once. I’ve given it 5 stars for now—time will tell how well it holds up in the long term. I’ll continue to provide updates.

This is a pricey device but if you are having sleep problems or have suspected sleep apnoea it's invaluable. Best sleep data outside of a sleep lab. Its a little bit bulky on your finger but you get used to it. Very happy with this purchase.

Only had this 3 days and it's stopped working. I remove it when washing, but wear it continuously the rest of the time. I loved it at first, but found it far too tight on any but my pinky finger, however I am overweight. The concept behind it is brilliant, I've been suffering from shortness of breath and a strong cough for about 2 years now, and this device was perfect for heart rate and blood oxygen level recording. The app works well, as does the PC software, which allows you to download the data graphs in pdf format, very handy to show to my doctors. Ring is a bit chunky, but you quickly get used to it, and it doesn't really get in the way. Battery life is, as stated, about 24 hours, but if you consider that you have to plug it in to charge, and download data every day, I don't think it's up to it, hence only lasting 3 days. My concern is that it's not up to the job, because you can wear it continuously but it's not waterproof, meaning that if you wear it for workouts and the like, you'll sweat and it may be damaged. Mine suddenly started vibrating strongly and I couldn't turn it off, I had to wait till the battery died, but on plugging it in to charge it began vibrating again. I left it for 20 minutes and it then turned on, and I was able to connect, but it randomly disconnected. At one point it displayed a countdown ending with a power switch icon. Since then it shows a flickering display and won't connect.

Seemed ok but not £200+ of ok. The it stopped working and has to send it back so can't really comment on quality of instrument. There are others that do exactly the same thing for considerably less.

NOTE: I am using this device for peace of mind and evidence not as a medical diagnostic device. If in doubt see your GP. I have been having issues with my o2 levels while I sleep and have been using a standard wellue fingertip o2 monitor. This keeps falling off but I was getting better at it. I found this online and have been watching the price. It came on offer in the sale, so i snapped it up. It is simple to use, just pop it on your finger and link it to the app. It is tight enough to stay on without cutting circulation and vibrates loud enough to be noticeable. It does not beeps like the fingertip model. You can change warning setting on the app and the recordings are a little more detailed. Battery lasts all night and is recharged via usb-c cable Bottom line is I sleep better having this product

Great product! Helps to track the oxygen levels perfectly, and the application provides very detailed reports for analysis. At the same time, it's comfortable and convenient when is on the finger. Overall, nice upgrade from the previous version. Definately recommended!

Es un anillo y es cómodo de llevar. Te olvidas que lo llevas. La batería dura varias sesiones. Hay un programa de ordenador donde puedes descargar las sesiones y las analiza con diversos gráficos de saturación, pulsaciones y movimiento. También hay una app pero no la he usado. Puede vibrar, para avisarte y cambiar de posición, si bajas del nivel de saturación que quieras. Lo mismo con el ritmo cardíaco. Mediciones cada segundo.

Ecellent produit. Le logiciel PC (désigné O2 Insight-Pro) accompagnant l'oxymètre O2RIng-S peut mieux faire et requiert donc une amélioration.

Top Gerät mit sehr guter App. Daten verwende ich zusätzlich zu den Daten aus meinem CPAP Gerät zur Kontrolle meiner Schlafapnoe Behandlung. Die Daten können problemlos in die Software OSCAR importiert werden. Den Ring bemerke ich nachts überhaupt nicht.

Ich hatte und habe noch immer Probleme mit Aussetzern des Herzens (Puls unter 30 während des Schlafens) Habe nach einer Überwachungsmöglichkeit gesucht und diese Aufzeichnungshilfe gefunden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Der Wellue O2Ring-S Schlaf Pulsoximeter, mit der passenden gratis Software, hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Habe die entsprechenden Ausdrucke meinem Kardiologen präsentiert. Er war sehr überrascht. Bis zum kommenden Spitalstermin (nicht leicht zu bekommen) werde ich mich selbst "überwachen".
