Love this product
I've had this for about a year. I use it daily on my kitchen countertop and it's still going strong. Every couple of weeks I clean it with ice machine cleaner, and wipe it down with a clean damp cloth where I can. I highly recommend this item

Easy to use. Ice made within minutes. Has 2 sizes of ice cubes. I find that the bigger ones last longer in your beverage.

It’s ok
I’ve had this machine about a month. I use it primarily for my morning coffees. The ice gets stuck at the top so the sensor tells it, it’s full when it’s not. So I have to go and push the ice down so it will make more ice. It’s decent just a little design flaw Added still having the issue with the ice and it seems to be getting worse. I don’t even have half the amount I need to make one iced coffee
