Solar panels do not hold a charge. The battery in the camera is what is being charged. If the batteryis not being charged send the solar panel back and get another. Or if the camera is defective then get another camera.

Q: Will this work with an Argos 2? It states 2E but not 2.

Hello. Yes. This solar panel works with Reolink Argus 2 as well. You need to use the converter included in the package to connect the solar panel to Argus 2.

Q: Its compatible for trackmix wifi?

Hello. Afraid not. Trackmix wifi is a plug-in camera that needs to be powered by a 12V power supply.
