Good but like swallowing a mini submarine
Great tablets although being so big, can be difficult to swallow. My advice from years of tablet swallowing for any pill is: place them under the tongue (no flavour/bitterness with no tastebuds there), gulp big mouthful of water & flip the tablet to be able to swallow. With these, I’d also suggest making sure they go down tip first. Don’t cut in half as the rough end makes it harder to swallow,

Ginger good, supports joints?
Ginger is good, settles my tummy, but supports the joints im not sure, mine still aches. Easy to swallow, and good value for money and the quality off the tablets are good, they are pills, not capsules which work better
