Would these sissors cut fabric?

Probably not good for most materials. Although they may cut some thinner ones. They are great for paper and light craft projects. I use them for decorative cuts with my nail stickers. I actually really love them!

Are these good quality?

I think they are okay. We bought them for gifts for our niece and nephew.

Would a left handed preschool be able to use these?

I have no idea as my granddaughter uses her right hand. But looking at the scissors I don't see why they would not work for a left handed person. (My father was left handed and we always considered him special and smarter than the rest of us 😀.
