is this spark plug compatible fit for my v6 sr5 4.o tacoma

Yes the exact fit for tacoma v6 4.0 great spark plugs I use them every time.

My owners manual for 2014 toyoto land cruiser says these are the plugs for the 5.7 motor, same as the tundra. amazon has it wrong saying does not fit?

I have a 2011 Tacoma and I bought these Denso plugs and installed them. I would say that these are great plugs and considered O.E.M. replacement for Toyotas. That being said, I would caution you about trusting Amazon to sell you the correct plugs. Check your owner's manual and Toyota parts websites to be sure that you get the right ones. Cross reference the numbers as they all have slightly different specs. Changing plugs on a 4 cylinder was not easy but a V8 will be a challenge. Unfortunately, I have purchased auto parts from Amazon in the past and received the incorrect parts which I could not return. Amazon is not an authorized Toyota reseller. Also, be careful about non-Amazon vendors selling through Amazon. Their policies may be different than expected. Good luck!

Does spark plug fits 08 honda civic 1.3L hybrid?

I don't know. check your owners manual if you have one or check online. I have a Toyota.

What are these pre-gapped at? The sales page says .044" but some of the reviews say different. I know the spec gap for my Taco is .043"

I just bought 8 of these from a Toyota dealer. They were all gapped the same. Unfortunately, I also found out that NONE of the three gap gauges I have right now are accurate. I would say the plugs were accurately gapped at 044. 043 isn't going to hurt your Taco.
