Good value
Sturdy and well designed. Easy to assemble and drawer slides smoothly. Very pleased. This product is exceptionally good value when compared with items that appear to be similar but are sold at three or more times the price. The Instructions could be clearer: the diagrams are too small and explanations too brief. It was not easy to understand how the end panels should be fitted between the uprights and the top two trays. I had to remove several screws to fit the panels as I had assembled things in the wrong order.

Good for light use. Great value.
This trolley is very good for light use. Mine is going to be used indoors for small and tiny hand tools, cleaning supplies & accessories, storing small spare parts etc. and with a small lightbox for photographing items sitting on top. It's very good for this. I would not use it in a car workshop or anywhere with large power tools, working with or storing heavy objects etc. The materials are fine, the sliding drawer is smooth with a foam liner, the angular construction with lots of nuts and bolts makes for a rigid stand, but this is all quite thin gauge mild steel and is not going to survive many accidents with auto components or lots of winters in sheds and garages. Assembly is fine, but the "instructions" are partly nonsense, as well as being printed in such small type that they are hard to read. They refer to two different types of bolt, the nuts, and washers. The number of washers actually supplied: zero. Spelling and grammar checking appear to have been performed by a human with no English language ability. Best thing is to have a look at them, not quite accept what they say, and then assemble the thing. It's easy. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and a very small socket driver with ratchet will be ideal. I finished the assembly with only one hex bolt left over, and no carriage bolts or nuts, so the supplier is not exactly generous with spares. Don't mislay anything! For a real workshop trolley for a garage you need to look elsewhere and spend considerably more. But for light use I think this is ideal and great value.

Fantastic Trolley with atrocious instructions-but well worth the effort!!
Decided that i needed to be better organised when doing DIY or working on the car, as I am wasting time looking for things that I had put down. A trolley with a pull out drawer is what I need, so purchased this but as others have said, the instructions are not fit for purpose. To overcome this I did the following, which may be helpful to others. (a) Used two takeaway containers to take the the bolts for the fixing the castors (which are hidden in the drawer), to separate them from the screws for the rest of the assembly. (b) Assembled the casters to the base using a 10mm ratchet socket, taking care to ensure that the two castors that lock, were installed on the rear where the handle would be installed. Please note the bolts must be inserted from the the castor side, with the nuts inside the shelf, otherwise the castors will fowl and not rotate. (c) As I was assembling this alone, I used the lock function on the two rear casters to keep the trolley stationery and stable as I proceeded. (d) Installed the four uprights finger tight onto the bottom shelf with the screws and nuts. (e) Inserted a screw through the hole of each upright into the middle shelf, then span a nut onto the screw with my fingers. (f) Inserted a screw through the hole of each upright into the top shelf and drawer assembly. (g) Placed the "peg board" and inserted two screws into the bottom fittings but noticed that the "peg board" was wider than the trolley. Removed the screws and rotated the "peg board" 90 degrees as the "peg board" is not square as it first appears- they are actually slightly oblong and the bottom screws could now be tightened up finger tight. (h) Placed the black rear tool holder against the top holes for the "peg board" and inserted the two screws and finger tightened them. (i) Placed the "peg board" against the front of the trolled and installed the two bottom screws finger tight. (j) Placed the black handle against the top "peg board" holes and assembles those finger tight. (k) Using a Phillips screwdriver, worked my way around the trolley to tighten every screw. Total time to complete the task on my own, was one hour and ten minutes during the heat wave and am very pleased with the fully assembled trolley. It is such a shame that the instructions do not match the high quality of the product. Please note that assembly would be easier and quicker, with a helper but my better half was unavailable at the time. Have ordered fifty two M6 plastic black domed nut covers to fit over the nuts and slightly protruding screws, to finish off the job nicely.

Well worth the money!
I've purchased similar tool trolleys for ยฃ30 - 40, and they're very poorly made, with the use of very flimsy material. I could tell that the Durhand trolley was different. The packaging was excellent, thus preventing any damage in transit. The parts were well packed and easily identified. The instructions were easy to follow and it wasn't long before I had constructed a well designed and sturdy trolley. I especially liked the drawer and the pin board/racks at either end. The trolley is fantastic value for money and will provide me with very useful mobile tool storage, in my garage.

Jolly Trolly.
Very good quality. Much better than the majority of these trolleys, metal is thicker and more robust than other trolleys. The wheels are larger and solid. The pull handle is thick and durable and the sliding drawer is smooth and sturdy. Was a little tricky to put together where pegboards fit as lining up holes was awkward but do-able. Only real criticism is that it should come with some pegboard hooks and holders. Oh BTW the pegboard spacing is 1.3" not the usual 1". Overall, really happy with it.

Get a bit of help and be organised.
Positives: Everything arrived intact and all parts present including nuts and bolts. Build instructions were sufficiently obvious even though they were poor in detail(see below). The finished product is very sturdy and good enough for all of my needs which was primarily to get organised with all frequently used tools in one place. Negatives: The package arrived several days later than described and with no explanation. Build instructions on an idiotically small printed document, pictures and build description not very clear. Ideally should be built with some assistance but possible to be done by one person with a bit of patience and care.

Can't beat it
I'm giving this five stars just for value for money. It's a great bit of organisation for the workshop for not much money and appears reasonably well made. The instructions are largely useless but assembly is pretty easy anyway. I have utilised the side tool hanger boards to fix socket holders to so all the most used tools are to hand when I need them. If you work on cars or motorbikes, this is ideal.
