Are these sweet and is this water or rice kind?

This is a type of vegetable similar to potatoes. The only difference is that the jicama has a slightly sweetness to it and it has a crunch like an apple. But the skin of the jicama must be peeled and not eaten because it’s toxic. I eat the jicama raw and mix it with my salad, it taste pretty good.

How many seeds do you get in a pacakge?

There are approximately 15-20 seeds per packet.
