Where is this manufactured?

China, which is not as much a concern as the fact that the one that I received was poorly manufactured. The top edge was not rolled but was sharp and rough. The low cost of the item did not justify the waste of my time to return it.

Can this spoon be held up with by magnetic knife board? I keep all my measuring cups on a magnetic knife rack.

Why is this product described as 100% cotton?

I don't know why it would be described as cotton because it's stainless steel. I did not see that in the ad when I purchase them. They are great I use them all the time. I keep them with my coffee inside the coffee container.

what is the length and width of the handle? What is the diameter of the bowl?

Mine is: 5/8" handle width at the widest (middle); 1-15/16" handle length; the bowl bottom outside measures 1-5/8"; bowl top, not including the pour spouts is 1-5/8"; bowl with including the pour spouts is 1-3/4"
