Great value for money. Easy to use and clean. Has clear settings for making different coarseness, fineness of grounds. Love it! Also much lighter and smaller than others on the market. I take it with me on short trips as doesn't take up much room.

As a coffee enthusiast who enjoys the ritual of grinding beans fresh each morning, I’ve tried several manual grinders over the years — including the Prolex — but this one truly stands out. The build quality is excellent, and the precision of the grind settings is remarkable. With 40 adjustable settings, it offers an impressive level of control over grind size, whether you're brewing espresso, pour-over, or French press. What sets this grinder apart is the consistency. Unlike my previous grinder, which relied on adjusting the burr screw and often resulted in uneven grinds, this model delivers a uniform grind every time. The adjustment mechanism is intuitive and allows for fine-tuning with ease, making it ideal for those who like to experiment with different brewing methods. The grinder is compact and portable, perfect for travel or small kitchens. The hand crank operates smoothly, and the ceramic burrs do a great job preserving the flavor of the beans. It’s surprisingly efficient — grinding a dose for espresso or a full cup takes minimal effort. If you’re serious about your coffee and want a reliable, high-precision manual grinder, this is an excellent choice. It exceeded my expectations and has quickly become an essential part of my morning routine.

Works great, very satisfied. For my moka, 11 is the sweetspot how i like it. I have a philips 5500 at home and this bone crushers makes my camper coffee compete with the coffee at home.

looooove it so much

This coffee grinder is great for small servings. If you are making a 12 cup pot you might want a larger grinder or know you will have to fill this one a few times. I have read articles about making a great cup of coffee but while they will tell you to weigh the coffee down to the tenth of a gram and carefully measure the water down to the precise millilitre they don't tend to stress grind. Just fine medium or coarse depending on your brew method. This grinder has excellant control over how coarse a grind you will get. You can buy the same beans from your roaster and not really get the same bean. I like Ethiopian beans, but one order may have come from a different plantaion or the next may have been roasted under different weather conditions. The control over the grind lets you correct your coffee. Not smooth enough, go a little coarser. Not getting enough boldness, try finer. You will find that one roast of beans works best with a grind setting of 20, the next from the same geographic region and roaster may need a 17 setting. Not to mention a morning where you just need a something different and want to go for a large setting change. This little grinder works well for these kind of grind changes. Gives you great control over what taste you are going to end up with and seems durable after 3 monthes use. It was a purchase where I got the value I paid for.
