バーが太いし、重い。ヨガやピラティスで使う事を目的なら、ちょっと違う。バーベルスクワットやデッドリフトに使う感じであればO.K。私はもっと重いほうが良いし、両親は軽い方がいい。 6キロくらいを注文するのが良かったかも。
