Potential SCAM - I would advise you stay away. This is no bargain.
Stay away- this is as you expected to good to be true. For a genuine SSD expect to pay £180+ for an 2-4tb SSD because of the cost of Nand memory. Instead this is likely either a tiny 32GB–128GB USB flash drive with Firmware spoofed to look like 4TB capacity or at best a cheap 2.5" mechanical HDD (5400rpm) with uSB-C bridge slapped and massively overpriced for what it is.

Almost a scam
It looks like someone had a ton of old slow USB memory chips and thought they could unload them by packing them into these nice metal cases fitted with USB-C sockets. You'll get transfer speeds of between 1 and 10 MB per sec, most of the time around 1.5 or less. The most useful item is the bundled short USB lead.
