I bought these for my 88 year old husband because he was concerned about for getting things. These have sharpen his memory. Easy to swallow. Not a bad taste. Size not big. Very effective. Health is on point with this supplement. He’s remembering things for me. I’m gonna start taking them too. They are worth the try. Excellent Product for price; no side effects; easy to swallow

I'm in my 60s and I would start forgetting things like directions. I really didn't have to worry too much about it after taking this for a week and a half all of the cloudiness stopped and I became much more aware of details again ...highly recommend.

I have to write one of those "I was skeptical at first, but...." reviews. Here it goes: I was skeptical at first, but Cognium actually works for me. One area that my brain struggles with is name recall. That includes names of people, technical terms, etc.. It can be embarrassing in a meeting or just hanging out with friends when you can't remember the right word or words. Cognium has really helped with that. If they haven't done it yet, it would be pretty easy to set up an experiment to specifically looking at name recall to quantifiably validate the effect. There's definitely something going on beyond placebo effect. Obviously, everybody's brain chemistry is a little different, so results will vary, but if you're experiencing the same issue I am this is worth a try.

It has to, some degree, helped my memory. I am still not there with remembering the things I want to remember. The pills are very easy to swallow.

I actually did some online research into memory supplements before buying any, and found the clinical study backing up Extra Strength Cognium—active ingredient silk protein. The key thing to note is: you need to take the 200 mg extra strength formula—and give them a few weeks for noticeable results. The smaller 100 mg formula p—which costs less—was not proven effective in the study. My husband and I both take these, and one of our kids (in her 30s, spends a lot of time at work in front of a screen) asked for something non-stimulating that would help with memory and focus, so I recommended these. She said they helped.
