What are the differences between the four cleaning modes?

Low Mode : for first-time users to get accustomed to ear irrigation. Mid Mode : Effective clean for light buildup High Mode : Deep cleaning for stubborn earwax Flush Mode : Gentle clean for sensitive ears

Can it remove stubborn earwax? How is it better than traditional ear picks?

Unlike ear picks (which can push wax deeper or scratch the ear canal), this irrigator softens and flushes out earwax with water flow. For best results, apply 1-2 drops of earwax softening drops and wait 5 minutes before rinsing.

How long does the battery last? Is it suitable for long-term use?

Our ear cleaner is built with a high-capacity rechargeable battery. A full charge takes only 1 hours, you can use it for approximately 1 month.

How do I clean the device after using it?

Cleanup is just as easy as the cleaning itself! After use, simply run the device with clean water for a few seconds to flush out any debris from the nozzle.
