Both of my caps had the same color under the brim.

Hat is adjustable from 21 1/2” to 24” approximately.

Do these work for sublimation heat transfer?

These would not be appropriate for sublimation. You need to have at least 50% polyester material to properly sublimate. They work just fine for HTV, however.

Would you consider these hats light weight or heavy weight? Comfortable in the summer?

Very heavy weight. Not light weight at all. Very well made and sturdy.

Sits a bit lower on the crown of your head then I like but still good for the price. Would I get it again? Probably not. Just because the other one I bought is more to my liking. Nothing at all wrong with this hat.
