It delivers on its basic promise of providing pure creatine, and there's no issue with the taste—it's practically tasteless, which is appreciated. However, the mixability is a concern. It doesn’t dissolve well in water or other liquids, leaving clumps that can be unpleasant to consume. If not mixed properly, it seems to cause a bloating effect and can lead to gas in the stomach, which makes it uncomfortable for regular use. While it's affordable and does the job for muscle recovery and strength improvement, the poor solubility and potential stomach issues might be a dealbreaker for some users. If you don’t mind putting in extra effort to mix it thoroughly, it could work for you. Otherwise, there might be better options available in the market.

The Product is amazing, dissolves just is 10 seconds completely. Taste is okay. You do feel Metal health benifits and good energy in body. Just one thing can be better, the ziplock is okay but the glue holding the zip is not good enough. It came off
