Highly Recommend
I use this regularly to avoid going to the chiropractor and having my neck manipulated. Snap and pop. This is a much gentler stretch similar to decompression but you have complete control. Be sure you are following the instructions so that you don't over stretch. Relieves pain and aches within minutes of use. I sit at a desk all day so this is part of my daily routine. Good quality product.

Works but a bit small for larger men
Works good but a little undersized for bigger men (I am 6'2" and 215)... I had another brand that fit well and this one has a neck opening that is a bit too small. Had to knock off a star due to the fit.

I had a similar one for many years, but this one is uncomfortable & not easy to use. So I donโt use itโฆ

Perfect for neck pain from the air plane.

Not great for pain relief
This is exactly what is described and is decent quality, but it doesn't relieve any pain, and if you have it on for longer than a few minutes, the position your head is in becomes uncomfortable. It seems like a good idea, and even if you let air out to adjust it (which is easy to do), it still doesn't relieve any pain.
