Great, portable oxygen concentrator but not for COVID or high flow applications.
First, this product is very good for asthma and COPD patients. And is a boon from the point of portability, you can buy an extended battery and this supports pulse output, which means oxygen will pumped in as needed. However, this model has a max output of 1L and is not suitable for any COVID patient or patients with similar issues requiring higher flow. Typically for such applications look for 5L or 10L (preferred) with 93%+ oxygen purity. A good price for this is around 1.8L, don't overpay. Also, keep in mind that spares like battery, will cost around 50K.

Highly disappointed for after sales service
Once the machine has some problem no one would even look at it frm philips... PHILIPS We HAD very high regards for you but very much disappointed... After all this is a life saving divice... How can Philips be so careless ruthless for it's after sales service???

Price 4 times higher
Don't buy. Very Unreasonable price. This must be between 50000-60000 only. They are taking benefit of the situation.shame on them

battery back up sucks and no proper support from Philips service
Battery does not last long as mentioned in user manual. When asked for a replacement they did not give the replacement. Instead they will give stupid excuses. Battery sucks. Don't buy this product.
