Worked but sometimes not
It worked for me for better mood. whenever I felt bad or anxious, I took it in night time.But I had left having it for a month and took again and had a horrible mood and got fights with my lover. Now I am afraid to take it again.

Important Notice
In the beginning it didn’t work with me well, and side effect annoying me. But when I met my doctor again and explained to her, since she was aware of my case from the beginning and she was aware of my gastro problems, she advised me to take Probiotics then I try again the 5-HTP. I followed her instructions and side effects of 5-HTP became very light. Conclusion: every body is reacting differently with same medicine so you have to monitor your body and check if you have any other problems might cause side effects. However 5-HTP will not make your life better but it will help you to sleep deeply which will reset your brain and help your body to heal.

Great pros and horrible cons
I wish I could leave two separate reviews for this product. On one hand, they did exactly what I purchased them for, but on the other, horrible side effects! I’ll start with the good- these things worked wonders for my moodiness and snappiness. No more yelling at my kids and snapping at them when I’m annoyed. The calmness and patience they gave me was amazing.Now the bad- they gave me HORRIBLE stomach pains. I’m talking about so many trips to the bathroom, up at night with stomach pains and nausea. I had back labor with one of my births and it felt like that. I know it was these 5htp pills because I stopped taking them and then started back just to see. I even contemplated just pushing through the pains because the positive effects were so good, but I just can’t. So sad about it.
