Dose this 4 pack come with a controler???

No, it only comes with 4 warriors and an instruction manual.

are the controllers included?

I ordered these for my grandsons i think they are just action figures that have a type of little lever they control individually not controlled with remotes. They were sent directly to them but I’m certain no controller — they like them & have several of them

Can any warriors be used with the existing base? My grandson has several base and warriors sets and I like to get just additional warriors.

Yes, they can be used with your existing battle base
