This supplementary book is co-authored by Helen Naylor and Raymond Murphy, who tried to keep the content simple so that students have a better understanding of the concept. The former is a freelance writer and has authored numerous books on grammar. She has also published Cambridge exam preparation. Raymond Murphy has not only been a full-time writer but has also taught English in UK and Germany for almost 17 years. He also penned few books on grammar. Very useful reference book for English grammar exercises for primary and upper primary level.

Great book for learning a language.
I think this book best for English a language and give the exercise very basics knowledge and very interesting to solve the exercise but I m very disappointed this book they given limited exercise and Pages are 106 only anyway finally this book best I learned lots thinds this book thats why I will given 5 star and pages was too good and very good condition book given by Amazon.

Great additional resource
We use the Essential English Grammar in our school, but I noticed that some of the exercises were lacking and that the students needed a little more work. This supplement does that perfectly. It's great to use it after several of the units and then they get to review and refresh their memory.
