Can this be ordered with the ambers replaced with reds?

No but I can swap out for red at your own cost

is this model all amber lights or mix with white?

The ally lights and the take down lights a white.

Can you control the strobe only turning on the front or back individually?

There are 4 toggle switches on the included controller. You may individually put the white alley lights and front take-down lights in strobe or solid. The 4th switch is for the ambers which have dozens of strobe and chase patterns.

Why is light bar is staying on solid state & not flashing, also leds on control module flash and change pattern like normal, what could be my problem?

Check to see if somehow the wires got cut in our touching each other
