Love it.
As a mom of four, I’ve tried quite a few maternity pillows over the years. I actually got this one after rotator cuff surgery, and it’s easily my favorite. It’s really comfortable, feels well made, and it helped a lot with keeping me from rolling onto my shoulder while I was healing.

Has not broken down like most "pillows" over time
Absolutely love this pillow. I use it for a bad shoulder & really helps me take the pressure off of it. Side Note: My dog really loves to curl up in it when I'm not using it.

Soft and comfortable
The only complaint I have is it doesn't fill up completely in-between the head part and where it starts the body part. It leaves a crease.

Better sleep for this side sleeper with fibromyalgia.
We originally bought this for my partner, but it isn't compatible with his use of a CPAP machine at night, so he gave it to me. I'm a side sleeper with fibromyalgia, and it's sooooo comfortable that sometimes I can't resist the sleep that comes over me... and I usually have a very active mind at night, which makes it very difficult to fall asleep. It spaces my elbows and knees apart, alleviating the pain from those tender points. The cover and base fabric can be unzipped, so I examined its contents, which does indeed appear to be memory foam chips. I definitely recommend it if you have widespread, chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia.
