I have had to go into the doctor 2-3 times the last couple years to have my ears irrigated because of blockages and it was so nice this time to be able to just take care of it at home. I used Debrox the day before to break up the ear wax some. Irrigating takes some time and patience and you wanna keep going until your water is clean looking coming out but I was able to get disturbing amounts of wax out of both ears, including a big chunk out of each. I knew what to be waiting for and expecting since this wasn’t my first rodeo and my only complaint is how small the container for water is because I had to refill a lot. But I would have had to stop to empty the white part that catches the water and earwax anyway and so assess where I was at in the process so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I use hydrogen peroxide and make sure you are sitting and using warm water like it says because the dizziness can be no joke. I also did it on an empty stomach first thing after waking up this time and I don’t recommend that also as I started to feel nauseous. But if you struggle with an overproduction of earwax, this will be your new best friend!!

This device is a GAME CHANGER! For years, my daughter has had issues with impacted ear wax. We go to the dr, and sometimes the impaction is so bad that the dr cannot remove it, so we have to go home, treat with Debrox, and return to the dr for another go. About a year ago, our nurse said “you know they have these on Amazon now” so I ordered the bottle from Amazon while we sat there in the office. When it arrived, I was sure we’d be unsuccessful, but I cannot tell you how satisfying it was to see the wax come out in the cup and know that we’d handled business on our own. Now we can reach for the bottle whenever my daughter starts to feel a little funny in the ear instead of waiting until the next dr appt. I cannot give this enough stars or recommend it highly enough.
