This is a great book for anyone interested in essential oils. It explains how they work within the body via different usage methods such as inhalation, massage, bath oils, etc. It goes through quite a lot of different plants, their uses as essential oils, precautions and more. Definitely recommend!

One of the most beautiful books that I have ever purchased! It’s not just about essential oils. It has so much more. It has healing remedies, recipes and it explains all different herbs etc.
