The Eggs needs to be pierced before placing in the moulds for boiling. This fact is nowhere mentioned in the product details. The manual booklet is full of bad Grammer to understand the usage. I had to search YouTube demo to understand. The plastic measurement cup has a sharp tip which is meant to be used for piercing & it takes a good effort to do it without breaking the eggs. I initially used to Pierce the eggs first time, by second time the sharp tip was no good as the tip bent by then. Won't suggest buy this as it is more trouble than any help

Good for steam cooking, not good for frying, does uneven frying, non stick coating has started to rust.

U can only boil eggs and heat liquid items through steam... Very small pan ..

It's a good product...boiled eggs within 15 mins...but don't pour much water...it will break ur raw eggs

Size of the eggs should be small, other than tht good product

Very handy for making pancakes even travelling international

Still not used i need to know how much water to boul the egg
