Bugota GRAVITY Water Filter - 18 Liters

Very awesome product at economical price.Suggest to people who are planning to spend more on purifiers.

One of the candles had came broken but they were quick and prompt in changing the same. Full marks on customer satisfaction and the product is working well also.

I bought this filter back in 2018. After 15 days or so it showed it's true colors. Filter showed the symptoms of airlock. Then after one and half year lower compartment started to rust. It says it's RUST FREE, DURABLE but I say they are false claims. I didn't even use muddy water. I just used it as second way to filter and dispense the canned water which is already in filtered state. Now I've send many emails to both seller and manufacturer. But no response even the product is under warranty. Don't cheat customers.

Clean filters & tap.always use steel or brass utensils to drink water.

Very disappointed with this product as both candles arrived damaged. One candle was separated from plastic stand and another candle had broken plastic at the point of nozzle.UPDATE: I contacted the customer service team and they promptly offered to replace both candles. However, I chose to return the item entirely as I felt that the construction of the filter candles was too delicate to withstand everyday use. Because of prompt customer service, I am increasing my star rating from one star to three stars.
