Tanyash Plastic Fruit Basket with Cover (Pink)

There are lot of products on amazon- which serves the purpose of keeping flies away from products - however are quite expensive. This one serves the purpose without being over the top expensive. Just bought it- not sure if the zipper will last though- but can continue using it just like a flap even if it gets spoilt

Received the delivery promptly, as expected from Amazon India sellers. Even Amazon USA is not this reliable.The basket is tiny. I would recommend that before buying one you take a measure tape and fully understand the dimensions of this product. Here is a sum-up of the pros & cons:Pros:1) Good design. Can fit a loom of bananas. But not much more.2) Washable. Both basket as well as net are washable3) lightweight4) Effective: seems to keep fruit-flies outCons:1) Overpriced. For a basket of this size and quality, it should have been not over INR 125.2) Flimsy. The materials used are flimsy, esp the net and the zipper. Unless handled super carefully, don't expect the product to last.3. Handle. Don't even try to use the handle at the top of the net, esp when the basket is full. Else it will tear.Overall, I think that for this price (INR 380), the product (esp the net and the zipper) should have been of a far superior quality.

The small fruit flies can still go inside. Size, colour everything is good. They have also mentioned that small flies cannot be avoided so I would not say they cheated or something.

The quality o the product is good and look is also nice I like it

net holes are little big due to which the fruit flies are getting inside the basket
