Fiber Smart | 120 Vegan Capsules

I've been taking fiber supplements for decades, and alternate between Fiber Smart and Super Colon Cleanse. I take one Fiber Smart in the evening and it does it's job the next morning! Note: The Cleanse More product from the same company is for constipation. Fiber Smart is to keep you regular. The Cleanse More DOES cause abdominal pain if you do not need to relieve constipation. PROs: 1) keeps you regular 2) NO abdominal discomfort, no stomach aches, no bloating, no gastrointestinal pain. 3) small caps are easy to swallow 4) low price Cons: none If you are an ATHLETE that needs to MAKE WEIGHT, I highly recommend that you start taking a fiber product either every day or at least one month before you need to step on the scale. You CAN train your digestive system into regularity! It beats sitting in the sauna or running with a plastic suit.

Tricky digestive systems like mine never work as they are supposed to. So outcomes for me are not a reflection of the product. For most people this will be a perfectly good alternative.

i have stomach issues... Which I won't go into details... But believe me that I have tried a lot of different products and this is the only one that i am totally happy with. Kept me regular for a while month and when I stopped taking them, I regretted it. Just bought them again since I believe strongly on this product.

Got these for a trip to help with fiber. I couldn't take the full dose without "issues". Seemed to work without any issues for everyone else. We just took one or two, if needed.

They definitely get the job done. I find that a couple hours after taking them I have upset stomach that seems to only be relieved by a BM (Probably TMI). I usually take 1 tablet at night and around 3am my stomach is in mild pain. Its working by the morning but not too sure if the stomach aches are worth the results. Plus the fiber content is really low for 4 tablets.

I have been looking for a natural, effective capsule for fiber supplementation and I found the best! I take two in the AM and PM and it has provided gentle relief of chronic constipation. No cramps or indigestion and easy to swallow. Drink a large glass of water with each dose and you will get the best relief.

Take this each morning--Here’s my recommendation. This is great—an easy addition to your routine that makes a difference. I originally thought I don’t need to take any extra fiber in my diet cause MY diet is so freaking healthy! I’m already primarily plant based and get a lot of fiber. But…I did some more research and turns out the more fiber the better… It’s the #1 thing the human animal needs. Remember we are designed to be herbivores by way of our biology. Undeniable as we have 35 feet of intestines! This means—unequivocally—that fiber is the most important thing we need to ingest. That being said; no matter what your diet choices; if you take this it helps with your digestion and elimination. If you’re plant based your stomach will be even flatter. IF you’re eating flesh it will help with your digestion. This is a no brainer—a great addition to your daily routine. Take 1st thing in the morning with water (preferably water with lemon and apple cider vinegar) and you’ll be glad you did!

I’m 24 years old, vegan/vegetarian, and have suffered with constipation badly for the last 6 years, to the point of seeing a GI doc and getting a colonoscopy. Heavy laxatives worked finally, but I hated taking them. Going vegan helped more, but I was still dealing with constipation around my cycle. Thank goodness for the book “WomanCode” and the recommendation of these!! Fiber Smart has changed me. I no longer worry about bowel movements and am regular-ish for the first time in a long time. I take 1/day when I’m feeling good and 2/day when I’m not. I’ve also taken 2 in the am and 2 in the pm on really bad days, which does the trick. I’m so so happy with these.

Great fibre supplement, was cheaper then in a store, great value for money. Totally recommend.

Great product. Helped regulate the morning routine

You’re much better off buying inulin fiber not in capsules and taking an entire tablespoon daily in 500mls of water first day. If you don’t go, then twice a day. These capsules didn’t do much as the dose is way too small. Disappointing as i’ve done the bowel cleanse of this brand, but the label was more purple. you’d have to take 8 capsules daily to have any benefit. Economically it’s not a good choice for people who have fallen out of a routine of good healthy bowel movements.

If you aren't gluten intolerant, do not take these as they add wheat to them. A fact I did not know until I checked on the ingredients.

So am not sure how to review these but they are good for your digestive needs and help with the bathroom too lolz
