Rusted, not hypoallergenic
The good: Great value. The rose gold finish is lovely. These clips work well. They hold long, fine, straight hair securely. They also work well for very long, very thick curly hair. The bad: After five months of use the finish is starting to wear off. They went from rose gold to rusted steel. The ugly: If you have a nickel allergy, you will get a rash from these. Note: I used these to put my hair up when conditioning, so they were exposed to water and oils. The finish might hold up better if used only on dry hair. I am replacing these with (more expensive) hypoallergenic clips that won’t rust. The photo shows several clips where the finish is wearing off and they’re starting to rust, along with two clips that have not been used yet for comparison.

Great for hair rollers
Needed clips for my hair rollers & these work great!

Works well but leaves crease
These work great for holding velcro rollers in place. The only downside is they leave a slight crease in my hair but it hasn’t been that noticeable once fully styled. Easy to use and are comfortable.
