I like the kit but ibosad brand crimper destroyed my hopes.all the hoses blew i returned that junk and got another crimper.i dont like bronze color i bought aluminum fitting where its visible on chrome compressor and those bronze ones on the hidden section 79 Chevy.

These are NOT AN fittings
The AN designation refers to a fitting type that screws into the hose with another part the screws over the outside of the hose to compress it onto the inside threads. The fitting sizes refer to the hose type is will use. Hoses don't get an AN designation and AN fittings don't get crimped. I could have read the details of the listing to find the crimp requirement and knew these were not AN types but I have installed enough AN types to know what they are and assume the seller / manufacture would know.
