What size are the paper bills?

Pretty much the bills look and feel like real cash; coins are plastic but also look like real coins but lightweight

Are the sizes of the coins similar to real coins? I teach high needs children and need coins that are very similar to real money.

Yes they are very close in size to real coins.

Why is this listed for$370..really Amazon??

I paid about $15 for it from Amazon. Not sure what seller you are looking at...maybe try looking further.
