This product is no joke. Ants disappeared after using it but it must be kept near their home.

This stuff really works! The first day there were ants all over this bait. They were coming and going like a super highway at first. Then the line slowed down the next couple of days. It’s been less than a week and the bait is full of dead ants - there are no ant trails whatsoever! The best thing about this bait is that it stops the ant trails before they get on your counter tops. The ants go for the bait before they crawl onto your kitchen counter tops! I placed the bait at two places on the floor near the entrance to our kitchen and it prevents any further ant travel. Apparently, the ants take the bait back to their nest and it kills the entire colony. I continually sprayed liquid home pesticide with no impact - when I tried this product it stopped them dead in their tracks! Highly recommend this product!

I really dislike ants and these have been very helpful in combating them. Plus, these use Borax which is nontoxic. These are easy to pop open and they work pretty fast by killing the actual nest, so killing ants at the source. I think these are a good price and actually do the job they say they do. I will continue to use these and I love having an ant free home!

If you are on the fence just buy it before your problem gets way bigger. It does not invite thousands of random ants into the rest of your kitchen, it wiped out my issue in under 24 hours, and you only need one trap. You just have to trust the process.​My biggest fear with buying liquid bait was that it would basically hijack my apt and bring in a massive swarm from outside that would spread all over my kitchen counters. The thought of that totally grossed me out.​I tried everything. Rubbing alchohol, dish soap, peppermint oil, and deep cleaning constantly. Everything was just a temp bandaid and I kept waking up finding little tiny ants every single day. It started after coming back from a work trip when I noticed maybe 5 ants, then saw some near my stove, and over the next four weeks it kept getting worse. Eventually I tracked the line down to tiny hairline cracks between my drywall and the kitchen window sill.​I finally gave in and bought this. I only needed one trap for the whole area. At first they were having trouble latching onto it and were kind of walking right by the entrance. So I dipped a q tip into the liquid and made a few little dots right along their trail to lead them in, and that instantly worked. Also read in my research that if your ants are hunting for protien instead of sugar, a tiny dab of peanut butter near the trap can help attract them too, though I did not end up needing to try that.​Less than 24 hours they were completely gone. I saw maybe one stray ant the next day, but by day 2 of leaving the trap out just to be safe, there was zero movement anywhere. I did not even get a 2nd wave like some other reveiws mentioned. Most of the liquid was still left in the trap when they were wiped out, so I sealed the whole thing in a ziploc bag before tossing it so nothing would be atracted to my trash can.​Once they were gone, I cleaned the area really well and re caulked the entire window frame to shut down the entrance for good. See my attached pictures for the result.​My biggest advice is you have to resist the urge to kill them or spray cleaner while the trap is active. As a clean freak that was the hardest part, but they need to feast undisturbed so they take the poison back to the nest. Let them do their thing for a day or two, and then seal your gaps. Completely worth it.

I used these and put them around immediately. Unfortunately I have a huge sugar ant problem and cleaning and doing our best to get rid of them was not working. We decided that it was time enough trying to get rid of them using spray so I got these ant traps and I have to say it works amazingly. It's only been a few days and I have seen it work. The day I placed them, the ants were everywhere but then later that night to the next day, they stopped. It works by the ants survive long enough to go back to the queen ant and feed her with the posion and it kills them which stops the nest from coming in. As you can see in my image, it also kills the worker ants and lasts seemingly a long time and doesnt dry too fast. They also come with a lot of traps making it worth the price! One more thing, make sure to put the traps in the ants trail, they won't go to it unless its in their path.
