Nice chair
Very nice and comfortable chair. Completely value for money. It look the same as shown in picture. Received the product on-time and assembly was also done very quickly.

The product was well packed and was easy to assemble. Chair is comfortable and height adjustable. Recline adjustment is limited, but value for money.Had an issue with part, but the seller was quick to respond and correct it.

Worst quality, as soon as u sit it bends towards downside and the back support is also not comfortable

Not a good option.
Not satisfied at all. The quality and comfort is so bad. Got this just because of the price but not satisfied at all. The screws seating on plastic will crack after some daily usage. The fitting isn't exact and right. Not comfortable to sit for more than 30 mins max

Defect Assembly points
The chair is OK. But Assembling part is headache. The LAN key was missing in the parcel. I had to run to many hardware and automobile shop finding the LAN key. After that while assembling some hand rest points are not matchable. I could not fix 2 points. It is better if they could Pack and deliver the product fully assembled, like how nilkamal does.

Height issue
We reserved the product.Product quality is good but we need more hight.So we contacted trader and he responded positively.He say that he can send better hydraulic then the order one.So please help us.
