CandleScience Candle Scent Classics Fragrance Sampler, 4 Bottles

I recently decided to start up my own candle business and have been doing nothing but research for the past few weeks, trying to find the best of the best products for my line. I have previously read great things about CandleScience, so before purchasing the large bottles of scents directly from their website, I figured I'd buy the sample pack from Amazon first to see what the buzz was all about. When I first opened the package, I noticed that one of the bottles was significantly lower in volume compared to all of the other bottles. After carefully inspecting the bottles for cracks/leaks, I then noticed the disclaimer right on the bottle stating that it is normal for different amounts to be in each bottle, as they are filled by weight. This particular bundle came with Cinnamon Stick, Very Vanilla, Love Spell, and Clean Cotton. I opened each of the containers to take a whiff of these scents and I must say they are quite heavenly. So far I have only made up a batch of the Cinnamon Stick candles, and my kitchen still has a pleasant aroma of the scent lingering around, which I love. I can absolutely see this particular scent being a top seller in my new line and look forward to making my next batch. I have also since ordered a few larger bottles directly from the manufacturer's website and cannot wait to whip those ones up as well. This is a very high quality product and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for great candle scents. They have SUCH a great variety of scents, and I look forward to trying them all!

This particular collection of scents from CandleScience is my favorite - but be ready for the vanilla. Super strong. All of the other scents are perfect - they fill up the whole room but in a nice, light way - the vanilla is woof. I mean... whenever I would use the vanilla my eyes would water and I would cough - it's like you can taste it in the air. Anyways - I would still buy this product again just bc the other 3 scents are just perfect. Also - mixing the vanilla with the other 3 scents helps dilute it a bit - that was the only way I could bare the vanilla.

To start I used these to make five soy candles inside tea cups, using Yaley microwavable wax. - These were easy to use and smelt exactly as I had imagine, with one exception noted further below. - For my purpose, I only had to use about 1-2 capfulls in each candle. Cinnamon and Vanilla were the strongest scents, both of which I can smell on the candle without even lighting it. I didn't use the Clean Cotton. - All of the scents smell true, with neither the Vanilla or the Cinnamon having a chemical spell. The Clean Cotton smells like laundry detergent to me, but it does smell like other candles I've smelt with this scent. The Love Spell was probably the most disappointing, as it has a "fake" smell to me. However, I feel this is unavoidable, because unlike the first two it is an obviously manufactured scent, so it is never going to smell like an existing flower or other natural essence. It still smells very nice, but it is the faintest of the scents and I'm sure I didn't use enough in my candle - in the future I'd probably double what I did for Vanilla and Cinnamon. - I have NOT burnt them yet, as these are presents so I can not advice on how well the scent is released, however as I noted the Vanilla is easily smelt without having lit the candle (and it smells delicious!). I will edit my posting if I later find the smells don't burn well.

I did not think these scents would last long, or smell that great, but was I wrong? Yes I was - The vanilla smells good enough to eat.. The cinnimon actually made someone comment "MMMMmm what are you making it smells so good in here!" And I wasn't making the candles, just had some wax heated in a bathroom! You barely have to use any either - less than a teaspoon is more than enough to make your house smell like cinnamon rolls or french vanilla cappucino. Not crazy about the linen scent but hey, you can't love everything all the time right? I definitely plan on buying more of these supplies, Perfect for beginner or any candle/wax burning crafter - extremely potent, definitely keep up away from children due to such deep and similar smells to real food.

We’ve bought candle scent add ins from local stores and every time we end up paying too much but the the quality of the products are always either overwhelming or underwhelming. CandleScience array of product scents have been perfect for candle making plus the price works when on a budget.

Don't buy these oils, unless you're maybe doing 1oz scent to 1/4 lb. wax. Terribly disappointed. Barely any scent throw. & wayyy over priced in my opinion. The oils I normally buy average 1.50 / oz.... But thought these might be special...NOPE.

These have a pleasant smell in the bottle, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of smell in the soy candles I was making. Also the bottles don't come with any sort of dropper. I recommend using a pipette or eye dropper because they do not pour well out of the bottle, and drip down the side. The Love Potion and Clean Cotton are my favorite of the scents.

Great smell, Have to use alot to have a strong candle, but they are samples. All are amazing scents except clean cotton. The first time one I got the mailmen/ pr packaging at amazon sent them broken. I believe they got broke in the mail. Amazon gave me a choice for a refund or to get new ones sent. They replaced them in two days, :) Worth the price if you a picking a scent you prefer.
