Best robot I’ve owned!
I had never heard of this brand before, but in comparison to my Roborock that broke in 6 months, it is so much better! I have had so few issues with it getting stuck too! It cleans up my cats litter that gets dragged very well. Super recommend this!

Poor customer service
Stopped working after only owning it for 2 months. I contacted them via message here on Amazon and they ignored me and didn't respond, and Amazon only has a 30 day return policy. Item doesn't last obviously and the company is aware enough to not reply to my message. Don't waste your money!

Decent little house-helper!
✅ PROS: I'm LOVE this little robot. (I named her Rosie). She does great for the value and for what I was looking for. 🚫CONS: Rosie does tend to get stuck and lost quite often, and I wish is that there was more water-storage so she could get more mopping per area use out of her.

Great Robotic Vacuum
This vacuum is awesome. I have dogs and this vacuum takes care of fur in no time. I will say that the mop feature really did not work for me. It takes a bit to set up and it is not fast but does a great job I am glad I bought it.

Like it but leaves marks
It does a really good job of vacuuming. However it leaves gummy marks all over my acrylic polished concrete floors.

He's my best friend
This has given me back the peace of mind that comes with daily cleaning. Before, I had to clean every day; now I only do it once a week because this device has been my best ally in keeping my house clean.

Crappy company.
Do not buy! After a few months the company locked you out of the app unless you agreed to their new terms of service. OF COURSE, they would be data mining and selling your information according to the new terms. If you refused permission, you will not get access to the app which controls the majority of features. You can only start/stop without the app.
