How big are these bears? In cm or inches.

The bears are right at an inch tall. I wouldn't give them to an infant who still explores everything with his or her mouth. A two year old would enjoy them with an adult, possibly making collections of them by colors or making a rainbow. Again, don't let them play with the bears alone if they put toys in their mouths. A three to four year old can play with them independently, though they continue to offer opportunities for language enrichment.
