Product code x000k1bboz expiry date April 2019. The tablets smell of rotten fish. Beware. I am disappointed as I thought that Design for Health had good reputation.

Although this brand is a bit pricey for my retiree’s budget, I still buy the B-Supreme vitamins. I believe this is a high quality product that I trust. I’m a customer of Designs For Health’s various products for nearly 14 years.

I give this Designs for Health B vitamin complex 4 stars. I've been taking it for about 2 months and have noticed very significant positive changes. After about 2 weeks of taking it, I started noticing that I had much more energy during the day and my overall mood improved. I definitely feel like this supplement has helped me perform better daily. Capsule Size: The only issue is that the capsule size is a bit large. Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to swallow. This is the only factor that takes away a star, as the effectiveness is excellent. Conclusion: This is a high-quality supplement. If you're looking for a B vitamin complex that will really help with your energy and mood, I recommend it. Just keep in mind that you'll have to deal with the size of the pill.

Please fix your packaging - The lid is broken half of the time when I receive it. The glass bottle is fine, the lid is unusable. The capsules turn brown if not kept in a dark sealed container. Great vitamin, if its usable.
