These were better than expected, super easy to install. I bought the color I wanted and matched the trim paint to them. They seem well made and look great. The colors and sizes were more than enough to work for most. The hardware for installation was included. I drilled the holes in the shutters, placed them on the wall & marked the holes with a sharpie. Drilled the holes in the wall and they hung right up. Maybe took 30 minutes for 4. For the price you can’t beat the them.

These are nice vinyl shutters and come with good mounting hardware. Very easy to install and they look great.

Correct size and looks like picture

Shutters arrived quickly, and seem to be well made/ pretty solid. I replaced shutters from the 70s/80s so pretty much anything was a huge improvement. The shutters were true to size and a direct fit replacement for the old ones. There were some minor tags/leftover bits from the casting process, but I was able to get those with a utility knife. I ordered the "paintable" finish, so I just hit the edges and corners with a sanding sponge before painting to get all the knobby/knurled bits. I'd recommend using a spray gun, these wouldn't be super easy to paint with a brush or roller. To install, I used #10 sheet metal screws so I can't speak to the included plastic fasteners and how well they work. Drilling was easy because of the mounting marks on the back of the shutter. Overall, I'm satisfied for what I spent on them.

Well made for the price, with easy instructions and installation. The color states Bedford Blue, however, please note that it is NOT the exact same as Benjamin Moore’s Bedford Blue. This color is slightly darker and if you are painting a door as I did here then take the shutter to the paint store to color match, instead of using BM’s color.

Looks better than the old ones

We were originally going to do 3 windows on one part if the house, liked the results so much that we bought shutters for the remaining windows that had enough space on either side. Installation was not complicated, just make sure you have the right tools. Even though they're vinyl, they look like wood. We're very happy with how they look. Fit was easy, we just measured the vertical length of the window opening. Quality and durability of the material look promising, it's too early to know for sure as we just put them up over the past week. We have Texas summer coming up and then the occasional winter freeze. There's a question of versatility, not sure how to answer that. We didn't do any alterations and it was pretty standard mounting in siding and brick. One hint, if you're mounting in brick, don't predrill the holes, it's easier to drill into the mortar than the brick. Place your shutter holes so they'll align with the mortar.
