Finally something to help get the knots out of my upper back! I crochet and paint etc, and after long stints I can get awful knots at the top of my back/shoulder area. I hold near the orange and to give me leverage to press the black end into the knot and hold with pressure and I can feel the knot releasing. Great product. A bit of a pain to store, but it's worth it :)

I am a massage therapist for over 16 yrs. I am always working on others, but I don't often get massage for myself. When I have a physical issue I work on it myself.
