Mint flavor is quite strong, but I tolerated it after a week or so, and it no longer bothers me. I am on my third, fourth? package of these mints and really enjoy them. I have tried the berry flavor also. It is not as strong a flavor as the mints, surprisingly. However, it is a very nice flavor and comes across more as a candy than a mint. An extra benefit of these mints is the ingredient Xylitol. It is an important ingredient that helps to clean your teeth over time. I have seen years of discoloration on my teeth disappear with continued and frequent use.

Bought these for work because I started keto and I used to have tic tacs. These are sugar-free and aspartame-free. They taste good, are refreshing and effective, and I have re-ordered them and probably will again. Took off one star because they seem a little overpriced to me, but I still think they’re a great option.

Good taste, although at first I had to get used to it. But then I got into them quite a bit! While everyone at work eats sugary ones, I enjoy these guilt-free and good for your teeth ones! Will buy again for sure!Only be aware that for some types of dog, like King Charles cavaliers the xylitol is deadly and do not use it when dogs a line until you are certain it’s not dangerous for hem.

These have a very unpleasant smell and taste like thick toothpaste. Ended up throwing them out as I couldn’t get past the smell.

Bought a whole bunch because I thought it was gum. It's just a mint. But yummy.
