Will this work for my AstroMaster 114 EQ? also dose it include a 32mm eyepiece?

Most consumer grade Celestron, Meade and Orion scopes are made for eyepieces that are 1and 1/4in eyepeieces. So will it fit in your scope. My heart tells me the answer is yes it probabaly will. The second half of the question is what will the views you get be like? To answer this in part you have to know your scope a little bit better. The size and quality of the primary mirror impacts the rest of the answer as well. To figure out the power/magnification you are getting with a give eyepeiece you decide the focal length by the size of the eyepeiece. So if you get a 10mm and your scope has a 2000mm focal length then you divide 2000/10 and that gives you the magnification. Based on the size and quality of your optics there is only so far you can push any scope. Getting Barlow lenses and small diameter eyepieces helps but you push it too far and all you will get is blobs and no sharp images. The set is a good starter set. I have enjoyed using it. In particular the 15mm as I feel it gives a decently wide field of view for the money.

will this kit fit cosmos firstscope

Telescopes use 2 sizes of eyepieces, 1.25" and 2". This kit is 1.25" and they are pretty standard so they fit any telescope that accept 1.25" eyepieces, independently from the manufacturer. So, if cosmos firstscope accepts 1.25" eyepieces then yes, this kit will fit.

Would this give us a better image than the one that comes with the astromaster 70az telescope?

Yes it does. However it depends on conditions.

Would this work with the Celestron Travelscope 70?

I am not sure BUT if they are 1 1/4 inch eyepieces they should work
