Good quality, worth the money. You can use it as a regular roller as well, but works much better with vibrating function on. Battery life is pretty good. It's a little fussy about which USB cable you use. I use it every night to get the kinks out of my lower back and shoulders and it has been great. Would recommend for sure.

I bought my roller in 2022. I used it for knee pain. My knee pain recently returned, and I found the roller where I had stored it under my bed. It was still fully charged after four years! I thought this was pretty amazing. It works extremely well to alleviate my pain. Highly recommend this item. It’s durability is epic!

This is a great foam roller It helps soothe with all your aches and pains It’s really nice to have on a hard day at work or gym to help with a massaging on your body. It relaxes you so much. the design as well made? It’s firm, but not hard when roll on your back or your quads it’s very helpful It takes all the tightness and stiffness from your legs after a good workout It’s nice to have if you have a sit down job you can massage your feet while you work I will be purchasing another one

Great a little (foam?) roller that will shake your brains out on the highest setting. Even the base setting is quite strong and adds a nice massaging sensation (akin to the 'ouch it hurts so good' with a deep tissue massage) as you're stretching out your back and sides. It's compact, so if you have a larger frame, you may want to find a slightly larger roller as this is compact; the plus? You can quite literally take it with you to the gym and use this over the plain, and gross, rollers. Strong enough to also use on your neck and shoulders if your hands are gargantuan enough to hold this shaking beast of a machine. As others have mentioned, it's very firm -more hard plastic than foam, so take it easy when you first start using it to get accustomed to both its firmness and the strength of the vibration. -1 star for the firmness. Came 75% charged, which was a nice touch.
