Stopped Working Within One Day I recently purchased this pressure car wash gun with high expectations after reading many positive reviews. When I first used it, I was extremely happy. The motor was working perfectly, the water pressure was powerful, and I was genuinely satisfied with my purchase. However, my happiness didn’t last long. After about 20 minutes, when I tried using it again, the motor started behaving abnormally. It keeps switching on and off automatically, and the water pressure is completely gone. The motor sound is inconsistent, and water barely comes out now. I tried changing the plug point and checking the power supply multiple times, but the issue remains the same. It clearly looks like a defective product. I understand that sometimes out of many units, one item can be defective. Maybe I received that one defective piece. What disappointed me even more was the customer service experience and new app update. It was not helpful, and I did not get proper support due to refund of adding bank account update link which shared by Amazon support Now, I am completely disappointed. I hope the seller takes responsibility and resolves this issue by providing a replacement.

I have been using this washer since a year plus. Its the best washer one can get. U can expect a pressure on a washing center. The best thing is the various types attachments which includes floor cleaner attachment works like a charm. Plastic quality is very good its flexible so does not break easily. It does not require a tap can directly use it from a bucket or drum. Foam bottle is also included which is missing in various good brands. I have used this for cleaning heavy dirt in rainy season. I've been using this pressure washer for over a year now, and it has consistently performed well. The motor delivers strong water pressure—making it highly effective for cleaning my car, bike, outdoor tiles, rooftop, and even walls. It's easy to handle and operate effortlessly. The quick-connect nozzles are a great addition and very useful, especially for cleaning both the exterior and interior of my car. I did face a minor issue with the air lock —machine didn't turn on—but the support team was excellent. They responded quickly and resolved the issue over a call. Overall, this is a solid, dependable product with great customer support and excellent value for money. Disappointed with Gun quality and Patio cleaner, both are leaking replaced gun. However it's really good product apart from the gun quality.
