Very easy to set up. Works very fast compared to my local ISP - literally 40x faster lol

All I can say is, it does what it says it will do! Works great and easy to install!

I love my star link it’s never let me down picks up a good signal even in the pouring rain. I’ve never had a problem with it. I was paying $359 to the cable company and I just could not pay it anymore and they was going up my price again and I could not do it so I had them cut the cable off and I got Starlink for 120 per month and I would not take nothing for my Starlink. It’s wonderful. I’ve never had any problems with it ever it’s great.

Upgraded from a gym to dish. It’s night and day difference. It works great.

The Best Mobile internet and streaming system

Returned it because I couldn't get it to work. Just found out there is a $480 restocking fee. Maybe buy directly from Starlink. I gave up after spending 2 days trying to figure out why the product was associated with another account. You can't do anything if you can't log in. There is no phone number. You can send a message to support. Yesterday I never heard back after driving 8 miles into an area I had cell service. Then it gave me an error that the router is in an unrecognized area. It was associated with a different account or it was because I was 150 miles from home. Idk. I gave up and sent it all back. And I ordered the exact same thing directly from Starlink, ($250 cheaper) I already created my username and password. They will have the correct address and hopefully it was never connected to another account. All this being said- some of what I shared about my experience is because customer service was widely unresponsive. Sadly, I assume that ordering one directly will make it easy to set up and I never have to deal with their support staff because the self install will be 4 easy steps it says in the 1 page manual. It was actually $250 cheaper.

Extremely easy set up. More impressed with service. Purchased because I move to the middle of no where and Star link here work so good.
