One of the better of the tray bake books
In my opinion this book is a good introduction to tray bakes. There is a wide range of recipes from big breakfast to vegan suppers, however, for me they were a bit too alike. I would have liked a bit more variety and something a bit more exotic then sausage and veg. It is a good introduction. My daughter tried some of the recipes and found them to be very good because she could just put them in the oven and then get ready for work. I found I needed to watch the timings as things cooked a bit quicker in my oven. So it is important to know your oven. It is good for the UK market without any real issues with USA ingredients. Good starter just a little bit on the dull side.
