Damaged product received
This is not acceptable i have recieved damaged product even lost of tries amazon customer service provider didn’t initiate the refund of replacement of the product now what i do now even their senior level associates cant do anything in this but when refund amount is less they are happy to refund it but when it comes to little more amount now they cants now what i do with this damaged product not satisfied with this

It’s hard to choose makeup online especially lip color. I wasn’t sure about this pallet, but the price was good and I liked the idea of a few shades in one “box”. I just received it yesterday and I am very happy with it so far! The shades are great. I can mix them to get the perfect color. Definitely worth it. And space saving. Recommend.

I could not find a lip palet ANYWHERE, including Ulta - IF you can find someone there who knows what the word means! Good product, even comes with a lip brush.
