Greatest Hits is a compilation album by the American rock band Guns N' Roses, released on March 23, 2004. Released by Geffen in part because of the delay in the making of Chinese Democracy, the album is subject to lawsuits by band member Axl Rose and former band members in an attempt to block it's release due to it's track listing. Despite the album having almost no promotion it reached number one on the UK Albums Chart and number three on the Billboard 200 chart upon it's release. Greatest Hits re-entered the Billboard 200 at number three in March 2012, selling about 85, 000 copies as part of a promotion by both desertcart MP3 and Google Play that saw the album sold for 25 cents for one day. The album has proven a popular seller, selling over 5.2 million copies in the United States, as of 2012. 普通に良いです。
このバンドのことは名前ぐらいしか知らず、きちんと曲を聴いたことがありませんでした。しかし、今回じっくりと聴いてみるとブルース、ロック、ポップスが上手く融合されていて非常に聴きやすい作品ばかりでした（当たり前かもしれませんが）。もっと早く手に入れていれば良かったです。

内容は良いが再生チェックは早めに
言わずと知れたガンズのベスト盤で、内容は実家に同じものがあり、欲しい曲がだいたい入っているので☆5だと思います。 ただ、Amazonから届いた商品は新品なのに盤面にムラのようなものがあり音飛びが多発、HDへの録音もできなかったので返品しました(返品対応は迅速だったので良かったです)。 これからご購入される方は、商品が届いたらすぐに盤面・再生チェックすることをおすすめします。

Diese Platte ist ein absolutes Brett. Guns N’ Roses – Greatest Hits auf Vinyl ist genau das, was der Name verspricht: ein wuchtiges Best-of voller Energie, Emotion und purem Rock’n’Roll. Ob „Sweet Child O’ Mine“, „Welcome to the Jungle“ oder „November Rain“ – jeder Track sitzt, jeder Riff ballert, und Axl’s Stimme schreit direkt in deine Seele. Klanglich ist die Pressung eine Wucht. Kein Knistern, kein Matsch, sondern richtig klarer, kraftvoller Sound. Die Drums knallen, Slashs Gitarre sägt dir die Gehörgänge frei – so soll Rock auf Vinyl klingen. Selbst auf einer Midrange-Anlage macht das Ding Gänsehaut.
